SUPPORT YOUR TOWN THIS FRIDAY NIGHT

‘Friday Night Lights’ continue at Goldington Road this Friday 28th November as Bedford Blues take on Doncaster Knights in Round 5 of the British and Irish Cup.

The Blues faced disappointment when the two sides last met back in October, losing out 36-20 despite an undeniably strong second half performance, as Mike Rayer’s troops set out on a revenge mission and attempt to right the wrongs of last Sunday in front of a strong home crowd.

To make sure you get the most from your match day experience, ‘£3 Happy Hours’ will be continuing for the game, available from 17:00-19:00 upstairs in the Eagle Bar so arrive promptly to take full advantage. Live music from Mark Calder will be available in the Blues Marquee after the match, providing the perfect background entertainment for all to enjoy.

A full range of catering options are available throughout the ground from pre-match hospitality dinner in the Blues Marquee at just £25 a head, to a variety of on-site outlets including the Burger & Sausage Stand and Fish & Chip trailer, giving supporters a quick and easy option to grab a bite. Also providing food throughout the evening is Nos’s Nosh, come and dine with the man himself in the Scrum Hall where sit down meals have become a permanent feature on both Friday nights and Saturday lunchtimes.

For hospitality bookings or inquiries contact Sophie@bedfordrugby.co.uk or call the club directly on 0871 871 1886.

Gates open at 17:00 ready for kick off at 19:45 offering plenty of time to take advantage of the ‘Happy Hours’ deal. Discounted tickets are available online at www.theclubshop.co.uk/bedfordblues or full price at the gate on match day.

Bedford Blues’ Operations Manager, Gareth Alred said: “We are consistently working hard to further improve our match-day experience and believe the November Friday night lights offer something different again to our fantastic supporter base.

“We have also worked closely with the local rugby clubs for both of our home November fixtures and would be delighted to welcome them to Goldington Road this Friday. There are several plans ahead to further grow our offering and we hope the town can continue to come together and support the passion and pride of Bedford.”

Please remember this Friday's British and Irish Cup match against Doncaster Knights is included in the season ticket package.
