During the ordering process the system issues a Reservation Identity Number (RID), this number is shown next to the ticket details in the Checkout - the RID has an expiry time attached to it, such that if you do not complete the order before the RID expires, the tickets will automatically be 'removed' from your shopping basket. The time allocated is approx 15 minutes.

We may from time to time collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us when you place an order, send us a letter or e-mail, give us a telephone call or fax, or sign up to our newsletter and marketing campaigns. This information may include your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and fax number.

You may browse our web site without supplying any personally identifiable information, but we will need to collect personally identifiable information in order to process your orders or to send you offers or information that you request.

From time to time our web site may utilise "cookies" for limited purposes. Cookies are small data files that are stored on your computer's hard drive. Cookies do not give us control over your computer. Other websites accessible from our site may also use cookies, but we have no access to or control over these cookies.

The Company operates the Site from its offices within the United Kingdom. The Company makes no representations that content and materials on the Site are legal or appropriate for use from outside the United Kingdom. If you choose to access the Site from other locations, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws.

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of any claims brought to enforce these Terms and Conditions or matters related to the Site ; provided, however, that notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, the Company shall have the right to institute judicial proceedings against you or anyone acting by, through or under you, in order to enforce the Company's rights hereunder through specific performance, injunction or similar equitable relief. Any claim or cause of action you have with respect to use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arises.


If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed void, unlawful, or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in force. Failure by the Company to exercise or enforce any right conferred by these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such right, nor operate so as to bar the exercise or enforcement of such right or any other right on a later occasion. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of the Site, and the Agreement will not be modified without the written consent of a director of the Company. You may not assign these Terms and Conditions nor any of its rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions. The Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act shall not apply to these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Bedford Blues Ltd accepts no responsibility for errors made by the ticket buyer during the purchase, e.g. the number of tickets or the type of event. Cancelling an order and/or exchanging tickets is only possible after explicit permission of the event owner and organiser. In case of cancellation by the ticket buyer any handling, admin or delivery fees will not be refunded. Full refunds are not permitted by the event owner, except in the event of extraordinary circumstances at the full discretion of Bedford Blues. In case of cancellation by the event organiser the ticket buyer will have no extra fees and the entire amount will be refunded.

Delivery Policy

Tickets selected for delivery should arrive at the customer inputted address no later than 5 working days after the date of purchase. If tickets do not arrive within this period and no prior communication or notification is given please use the below contact information to inform the event owner.

Ground Regulations

  • The right of admission is reserved to Club Staff and all persons entering the ground do so at their own risk. All persons must comply with instructions from stewards or other persons acting for Bedford Blues.
  • The Club takes no responsibility for personal belongings brought into Club Grounds, nor shall the Club take any responsibility for any damage to cars left in car parks or accidents on access roads.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for any children they bring into the ground.
  • Bedford Blues reserve the right to refuse admission or eject from the ground any person(s) who refuse to be searched by a police officer, servant or agent of the club. The Club reserves the right to remove any person(s) who does not comply with these rules and regulations. This includes any person(s) whose presence could reasonably be construed a source of danger, nuisance or annoyance to other spectators.
  • Matches cannot be guaranteed to take place on any particular day or time and the Club reserve the right to change its advertised matches without notice and without liability. No money will be refunded or tickets exchanged if the match has to be abandoned after Kick Off. Should a match be postponed, tickets for the event will be valid for any date on which the match is rearranged.
  • With the exception of authorised persons holding official passes, the taking of photographs, cine photography or other recordings inside the Ground is prohibited. Recording whether for radio or television or for private purposes and whether for transmission or otherwise is not permitted.
  • Only persons specifically authorised by the club are permitted to distribute without charge or offer for sale in the ground any materials or any other articles.
  • Unauthorised persons are not permitted to enter the field of play. Any persons who remain in a gangway or fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other persons acting for the club may be ejected from the ground. Climbing onto or into stands and other buildings in the ground or the perimeter fence/walls is forbidden.
  • In no circumstances is it permitted to throw any object onto the field of play or anywhere else within the ground. Unnecessary noise of any kind including foul or abusive language is not permitted in any part of the ground.
  • Drinks purchased in glasses or cans at the bars are to be consumed within the bar where purchased and are not permitted within stands, terraces or any outside area. Only plastic glasses are permitted around the ground.
  • Items that could be used as a weapon are not permitted within the ground or buildings. Stewards have the authority to seize such items if used in a dangerous manner.
  • No alcohol can be bought into the ground, any persons in possession of such article or container may be refused entry or ejected.
  • All persons entering the Ground are admitted only subject to these rules and regulations. Entry to the Ground shall be deemed to constitute unqualified acceptance of all these rules and regulations.
  • Further rules or regulations are in place, for a copy of these please report to the Ground Safety Manager. The Club’s decision is final and offences outside of these parameters may be treated in the same manner.
