Match Preview v Ampthill

Bedford Blues have named their 23 man squad to take on near neighbours Ampthill in the final pool game of the Championship Cup on Saturday afternoon.

The opportunity to progress from the pool stage may have gone but there is still local bragging rights to play for when the two Bedfordshire teams clash at Dillingham Park.

The Blues make four changes from the team that tasted defeat against Coventry last weekend with Oskar Hirskyj-Douglas starting in the centre and James Lennon at scrum half while Robbie Smith returns at hooker and Dan Temm comes in at number eight.
