Match Preview v Coventry
Bedford Blues return to Championship Cup action this weekend as they face Coventry at Goldington Road on Saturday afternoon.
Despite a humbling result at Ealing Trailfinders last weekend, progress to the knockout stages of the competition isn't impossible so there is still plenty to play for as they take on Rowland Winter's men in this crunch encounter.
With injuries mounting up, the Blues make nine changes from the team that was defeated at Ealing last week with Joe Green, Matt Worley, Ryan Hutler, Will Hooley and Grayson Hart starting in the backs while Sean McCarthy, Henry Paul, Jordan Onojaife and Joe Akinson starting upfront. There is also a place on the bench for new recruit Alafoti Fa'osiliva who is in line for his Blues debut.
