Bullerwell become a shirt sponsor

Bedford Blues are pleased to announce that long standing club partners Bullerwell have increased their sponsorship of the club and will now be emblazoned on the back of the 2020/21 Championship jerseys.
The Club’s insurance partners, Bullerwell, have been regular hospitality guests in the new premium suite across the last season and are looking forward to the further involvement in the next campaign.
Bullerwell & Co Ltd were established in 1982 by Ian Bullerwell; an ex-international rugby union referee, former Chairman and Life Member at Bedford Blues Rugby Club, who continues to take an active role in the company today.
Bullerwell are a General Insurance Brokers based in Bedford, a stone’s throw from the Goldington Road ground, they take pride in being independent and providing both business and private individuals peace of mind in a world of uncertainty, understanding that every client is different, and providing a uniquely tailored service to ensure that all clients receive quality bespoke protection and solutions.
Managing Director, Damon Blakey said; “Bullerwell’s have a very long connection with the club, so it was an easy decision, not only to continue, but increase our commitment to the club.
“In these difficult and challenging times we felt it was important for us to step up and do what we can to help the club continue the amazing work it does in supporting the wider community in Bedford.
“We are proud to be part of the Blues Family, the club gives the people of Bedford a sense of belonging, something that we feel will be even more important when we exit the Covid-19 lockdown.”
Blues’ Chief Operating Officer, Gareth Alred added: “The team at Bullerwell have been fantastic partners over the years, we are delighted they have taken the opportunity to increase their support of the club next season. It’s extremely pleasing that the new partners at the business can see the value of the relationship and we look forward to growing this in the coming months.”
