Woburn Country Foods become Blues shorts sponsors

Bedford Blues are delighted to announce another extended partnership, this time with Woburn Country Foods, which will see the Bedfordshire butchers become back of shorts sponsors for the 2020/21 campaign.
Alongside maintaining their player sponsorship of Blues captain Sean McCarthy, Woburn Country Foods will now see their logo and ‘Gourmet Butcher’ slogan embossed on the rump of all player’s backside.
Blues’ Chief Operating Officer, Gareth Alred said: “We have developed a great relationship with Andrew and Helen at Woburn Country Foods over the last few seasons. When the opportunity came to sponsor the back of the shorts, there was one obvious partner that didn’t want to miss the trick!
“This marks another increase in their partnership with the club; they already offer Season Ticket holders a discount, have employed Blues players at busy times, offered their facility for team bonding trips and sponsored various initiatives. Thank you again.”
An independent, family run butchers, established in 2001, Woburn Country Foods serve some of the best local meat through their Bedfordshire Farmers’ Producer Group.
They continue to operate throughout the COVID-19 crisis; supporters can either buy online or via the stores at The Farm Shop in Haynes or butchers counters at Frosts, Woburn Sands or The Barn, Cardington. Click here to find out more.
