Mike Rayer has named his side as Bedford Blues prepare to conclude the 2021 Championship season in the highly anticipated Battle of Bedfordshire against Ampthill tomorrow (KO 2pm).

Rayer has been forced to shuffle his pack and make five changes to the Starting XV as Blues look to end the season on the best possible footing with spectators returning to Goldington Road after more than a year away.
There is just one alteration to the backs division as James Lennon comes in at scrum-half.
There is an entirely different front row as Jack Hughes starts for the first time this season, packing down with captain Sean McCarthy – who plays his final match before retirement – and Henry Paul.
In the back row, Oli Curry returns at blindside flanker on his 50th competitive Bedford Blues appearance.
Among the replacements, experienced Championship hooker Nick Selway has been drafted in after Jacob Fields was ruled out with a knock.
Fields joins Joe Wrafter, Lewis Bean and Ryan Olowofela who all miss out through injury.
