Lions Test matches screened at Goldington Road
Join us at Goldington Road for the highly anticipated British & Irish Lions tour of South Africa as the three Test series begins later this month and into August.
Warren Gatland’s tourists go in search of their first series victory in the Rainbow Nation for 24 years and you could witness history with us as all three clashes with the Springboks will be shown on the TV screens in The Dovecote Park Suite.
Tables are priced at £23 per head, based on a table of 10, including a two-course meal in the build up to the chosen match. All tables to be booked IN ADVANCE. Book your table now by emailing sophie@bedfordrugby.co.uk or hollie@bedfordrugby.co.uk.
There are a maximum of eight tables available on each Test match so book asap to avoid missing out.
The suite will open at 3pm on each date with a cashless bar available from opening. All three Tests have been scheduled as 5pm kick-offs.
Sat 24 Jul – South Africa v British & Irish Lions – First Test, Cape Town (Italian inspired menu)
Sat 31 July – South Africa v British & Irish Lions – Second Test, Johannesburg (Chinese inspired menu)
Sat 7 Aug – South Africa v British & Irish Lions – Third Test, Johannesburg (Indian inspired menu)
To ensure safety to all staff and attendees, all payments will be CASHLESS. Access will only be allowed via the main Goldington Road entrance.
PLEASE NOTE: The layout and delivery of these events have been designed based on what the Government’s Coronavirus advice surrounding venues is anticipated to be at the time of the matches. In the event of any unanticipated changes being made to this or the Club’s Risk Management Plan then all attendees will be contacted immediately.
Several precautionary safety measures will remain in operation including numerous hand sanitiser units and stations, plus other related regulations.
