MATCH FOCUS | Season concludes at London Scottish

Blues know they will have to be on their mettle this Saturday with Hartpury, Ampthill and Richmond all looking to pounce on any mistakes in the race to finish fifth in the Championship campaign. Mike Rayer’s side have played some of their best rugby on the road this campaign and will look to conclude with their fifth away success.
Matt Williams’ London Scottish have improved as the season has gone on and will be looking to put all that together on the final day. They hunt for their second victory of the campaign following victory over Coventry back in November.
We’ve Met Before
Nearly one hundred years of history is at stake on Saturday with both sides currently deadlocked on 38 victories apiece alongside three draws from the 79 previous encounters.
A staple fixture from the 1930s to late 60s, Bedford and London Scottish have met infrequently since then and over 800 days separates Saturday’s meeting from the last time the two teams squared off in the capital, where a late Dean Adamson try ensured Blues overturned a 17-point deficit to clinch victory at the Richmond Athletic Ground.
