Blues Women back at Goldington Road
Bedford Blues Women will return to Goldington Road this upcoming season and contest four home matches throughout their NC2 Midlands (Central) Division campaign.
The team have grown from strength to strength since officially launching between government lockdowns in June 2020, culminating in winning the league title last season and remaining unbeaten throughout their debut campaign.
They will now contest an extremely competitive eight-team league structure for 2022/23 alongside Peterborough, St Neots, Biggleswade, Royston, Buckingham Swans II, Milton Keynes and Rugby Lionesses.
Matches to be played at Goldington Road:
Sunday 25th September – Bedford Blues Women v Peterborough Ladies – League curtain raiser
Sunday 20th November – Bedford Blues Women v Milton Keynes Women
Saturday 17th December – Bedford Blues Women v St Neots Ladies (Christmas Fixture*)
Sunday 12th March – Bedford Blues Women v Rugby Lionesses Ladies – Final home game of 22/23

All four matches at Goldington Road will be free to attend with both the Scrum Bar and The Burrow at the Blues open to all.
Other home games will take place at nearby Bedford Athletic RFC on Wentworth Drive.
