With just a week to go until the new 2022/23 Championship campaign, Bedford Blues are recruiting for a range of roles as we continue to strive for success on and off the field at Goldington Road.

Hospitality Front of House
Welcome our Hospitality guests to the home of Bedford's premier club and ensure an enjoyable matchday experience for all those in attendance. You may be required to work different venues each game depending on rota.

Blues Steward / Ambassadorial Volunteer
Help improve our spectator safety management, whilst keeping Goldington Road the most enjoyable place to watch Championship rugby.
Main duties include; assisting with the circulation of spectators around the pitch in the build-up to kick-off, ensuring safety compliance from all spectators, help reduce the likelihood and incidence of disorder and support the fan experience with great customer service and direction throughout these unprecedented times.

All successful applicants will be required to come to Goldington Road in advance of the game for a training exercise. This will be discussed at the time of your application.
Gate Staff / Programme Sellers
Be the first face of the Blues match day experience, with roles involving turnstile ticket sales, collection window, new ticket scanning booths and programme selling.

Casual Bar Staff
Serve the best pint in the Championship to the best supporters in the Championship!
Bar staff will be tasked with jobs including but not limited to; taking and delivering customer orders, handling cash and with training, making drinks to order plus ensuring the cleanliness of bar areas and bar equipment.
Alongside Bedford Blues match days, further opportunities may also arise across functions and events held within our several hospitality options at Goldington Road.

Voluntary Photographers
Are you a budding photographer who loves rugby? Are you looking to expand your freelance portfolio? If so, these roles could provide you with the perfect start to a career in sports photography.
The positions will provide a fantastic platform for aspiring photographers to gain valuable exposure and experience in an elite sports environment.
Images will be frequently used on our Club Website, within our Printed and Online Matchday Programme and across all our social media channels. Photography credit will be provided and links to your wider portfolio shared where required.
Alongside Bedford Blues match days, opportunities will also be available at training sessions and events held at Goldington Road when required.
