MATCH FOCUS | Hartpury head to town
Bedford Blues look to defend their unbeaten home record so far this season when Hartpury visit Goldington Road this Saturday (Gates Open 12pm; KO 3pm).

Big Game Preview
Blues have secured a maximum 10 points from recent home encounters with London Scottish and Caldy, but will be aware of the challenge posed by Hartpury University, who put in arguably the most impressive away performance at GR last season.
Following the disappointing trip to Doncaster two weeks ago, Mike Rayer’s side will be looking for home comforts buoyed by the loyal Blues faithful.
John Barnes’ Hartpury side have made an indifferent start to the campaign with two victories and three defeats. They could leapfrog Bedford with victory on Saturday as they look for their first back-to-back victories of the season.

Post-match, singer guitarist Marc James returns to The CMC Marquee to play you into the evening, while The Burrow at the Blues will also be open after the final whistle with live action from The Rugby League World Cup featuring England v France.
Blues Foundation Activation
This Saturday’s Community Guard of Honour, sponsored by Bellway Homes, will be Junior Blues U10s. Make sure to give them a cheer as they step out onto the pitch to form the pre-match tunnel.
