Blues to unite behind same jersey
Bedford Blues are excited to announce that all playing sides will wear the same design of jersey across the Men’s, Women’s and Junior Blues kits for the first time in their respective 2023/24 campaigns.
The kits, to be launched in pre-season, will share the same design, be manufactured by the same company and be provided by the club to all playing sections without charge. Whilst many of the same sponsors will be shared, different local businesses will feature on some of the shirts.
It is the perfect way to unify the three playing sections of the Bedford Blues brand and coincides with two major milestones in 2023/24: Junior Blues’ 50-year anniversary celebrations and Bedford Blues Women formally moving to Goldington Road on a permanent basis.
Bedford Blues Chief Operating Officer, Gareth Alred commented: “We are delighted that all sections will wear the same colours next season as part of our wider Blues Family strategy, and that boys and girls at the Junior Blues will be wearing the same design as their senior counterparts.
“We look forward to showing everyone the new jerseys in due course and seeing them worn at Goldington Road and around the town.”
