CMC Technology Group Partnership Continues
![]()
Bedford Blues are delighted to announce that CMC Technology Group have extended their support of the club into the upcoming 2023/24 season.
The IT and Communications specialists, who agreed a three-year principal naming rights agreement of The CMC Marquee last year, are now amongst Bedford Blues’ Main Partners ahead of the Championship and Premiership Cup campaign.
Their support spans across player sponsorship, hospitality, signage and match sponsorship, providing another welcome boost given the continued difficult RFU funding situation and current financial challenges everyone is facing.
In addition, CMC Technology Group are also our main website sponsors and for the first-time next season, will have their logo on the front of both first-team men’s and women’s jerseys.
We are thankful to CMC Technology Group for their technical assistance since the initial partnership was formed, which has seen a new Gigabit fibre internet and ground wide Wi-Fi set-up as well as a refresh of all club staff IT equipment. Further ways to collaborate are also currently being explored.
Bedford Blues Commercial Manager, Louis Mann said: “We’re delighted to see the relationship with CMC continue to evolve and strengthen. We initially sought to provide them with a sponsorship package that satisfied a number of business objectives but in return, Simon and his team have brought a lot to the club and have truly immersed themselves within the Blues Family.”
CMC Managing Director, Simon Wright added: “As a Bedfordian, it’s important to me to support Bedford Blues and all the work they do on and off the pitch. The club is the heart and soul of the town, and I am proud to be able to support their work both on the pitch and in the community.”
