Oktoberfest returns to Goldington Road
![]()
Following huge success in recent years, Bedford Blues are delighted to announce the return of Oktoberfest to Goldington Road on Friday 29th September and Saturday 30th September.
It might not be exactly like Munich, but the newly revamped Burrow at the Blues will be transformed again into a traditional Bavarian setting for Blues supporters and Bedfordians alike to come together and spend time with friends and family.
The session on Friday will take place between 6:30-11:30pm, while there will be two sessions on the Saturday, the first of which 12:30-5:30pm followed by 6:30-11:30pm.
If you’re not travelling with us for Derby Day at Ampthill in the Premiership Cup, this is the perfect way to spend your Saturday with a selection of German beers available; alongside the Goldington Road favourites.
And why not combine the two activities by supporting the boys down the road in the afternoon before heading back and reflecting on the days play with fellow supporters late into the evening!
There will be award-winning catering on site, serving a variety of German sausages, pretzels and more.
Additional Bavarian themed fun-and-games have been lined up as well as traditional music through the speakers.
A maximum of 110 tickets are available each sitting, costing £20 per person per session, including entry fee, Blues branded stein glass and meal token. Secure your place at the heart of Bedford’s premier sporting club by clicking the button below.
Attendees are unable to bring any food, drink, chairs, etc on site; bags are permitted, but may be searched.
