Kevin Breeze receives Chris Pyburn Award

Bedford Blues were pleased to reward Kevin Breeze for his dedicated years of service to Bedford Junior Blues by handing him the Chris Pyburn Award at the End of Season Gala Dinner.

Breeze, who was chairman of our mini & juniors section for 15 years before standing down at the beginning of this season, has been an integral member of Junior Blues and is thoroughly deserving of the award. 

Also spending additional years supporting before taking up his formal position, Breeze has continued in the honorary role of Chairman Emeritus as part of Junior Blues’ 50th year celebrations and has provided support towards the future direction and aspirations of the minis & juniors set-up.  

He becomes the second recipient of the award, following Kate Barber 12 months ago.
