Chicken George Jnr Partnership Agreed

Bedford Blues are delighted to welcome the team over at Chicken George as new resident caterers operating from The Burrow at the Blues kitchen.
The Bedfordshire favourite, with a restaurant located on nearby Tavistock Street, made a short appearance with their mobile food truck outside The Burrow at the end of last season.
In addition to a new street food hospitality experience on matchdays, Chicken George, together with the club, will also be offering a select menu at all events held within The Burrow, starting with our next Comedy Night on Friday 26th July. Book tickets here.
Chief Operating Officer, Gareth Alred said: “We are constantly looking at innovative ways to enhance the Goldington Road matchday and events experience, knowing the popularity of the two brands within Bedfordshire, it seems a perfect fit to work together moving forwards.
“We have been searching to secure a catering option for The Burrow that not only helps maintain a fantastic hospitality experience, but also enhances our non-rugby offering as we attempt to grow events in this venue.
“Thank you to Chris, Olly and the team for showing their commitment to the Blues, we look forward to working collaboratively on this exciting project.”
Included in this partnership, Chicken George will become one of the club’s kit sponsors for the first-time next season, emblazoning their logo on the thigh of the men’s shorts, as well as maintaining a large presence at Goldington Road with advertising boards around the ground.
