TEAM NEWS | Derby Day brings curtain down on 2024
Mike Rayer has named his squad as Bedford Blues look to end 2024 on a high note when hosting Cambridge in-front of a jam-packed Goldington Road tomorrow (Gates Open 12pm; KO 3pm).

Having spent Christmas Day in third spot of the Championship table, Bedford will be looking to defend their position heading into the new year with this the last dance of 2024 before a three week break from competitive action.
After an attritional battle with Chinnor last time out, Rayer makes five changes to the Starting XV; three of which comes in the backs division and two in the forwards pack.
Among the replacements, Jake Garside is in line for his first minutes at Goldington Road since the opening day of the season.
Ed Prowse and Will Maisey close in on notable appearance milestones having been chosen in the matchday squad.
