MATCH FOCUS | Prem Cup Journey Continues
Bedford Blues head to The Rec for the first time since 2000 as they resume their Premiership Rugby Cup adventure with the journey west to face top-flight leaders, Bath on Sunday (Kick Off 3pm; TV Coverage from 2:45pm).

Two of English rugby’s most in-form sides are set to collide on Sunday as the Premiership top dogs host second in the Championship.
Bath have been free flowing in the cup competition this season, picking up 14 out of 15 available points so far, and have one foot in the Quarter Finals. Blues still retain an outside chance of the Last Eight but would need to be near faultless to progress.
We’ve Met Before
November’s battle at Goldington Road represented a historic 50th meeting between the two sides, almost 25 years after the 49th.
Mike Rayer’s men will be looking to spring an upset on their Premiership opponents while hunting a first victory at The Rec for over 50 years, lastly tasting success in the West Country back in April 1974.
Since a first meeting in 1934, Bath lead the overall series with 26 wins to Bedford’s 21. There were three draws in the 1950s.
