While the designs for our new home and away jerseys are remaining under wraps for a little longer, we would like to thank all of our kit sponsors who have shown their support ahead of the 2025/26 Champ Rugby campaign.
As introduced two years ago, the new home design will be shared across our Blues Family with the Men’s, Women’s and Junior Blues wearing the same shirt with plenty of traditional elements.
Mike Rayer’s men will also wear a new away strip in the coming season, a simple design, but marking a significant milestone. The jersey celebrates 25 years since the supporters saved the club at the turn of the millennium and the birth of Bedford Blues Ltd.
The home shirt will be launched at the Mobbs Memorial Match against Northampton Saints (Friday 5th September) with a string of teasers in the build up!
We are proud and thankful to retain 15 sponsors on the men’s designs, including Main Sponsors, SDC, who are once again in pride of place on the front middle with CMC Technology Group taking the front chest position.
Loyal backers of the club, Service Express, can be found on the collar alongside Bedford Battery, while kit partners Gilbert Rugby are proudly displayed opposite the club badge.
The trio of Bullerwell Insurance, Grafton Motorcycles and Intqual Pro retain spots on the back of both kits. On the sleeves; Dovecote Park, KB Pallets, B&W Waste Management and SDG all continue their support, while we welcome Estrella Damm alongside the Champ Rugby brand.
Shorts sponsors remain the same into the new season, meaning the quartet of Paul Riches Skips, Chicken George, Greenlight Consultancy Group and Brewpoint continue.
Our Women’s and Juniors home jerseys will have slightly different sponsors emblazoned.
Long term partners Woburn Country Foods, who have supported our women’s team since inception in 2020, take pride of place on their shirts. Eight businesses retain their positions from the men’s jerseys, while Red Construction, Bedford Modern School and RAS Data show their support of our girls.
Six sponsors complete the set of also being incorporated into our Junior Blues designs, which is fronted by Intqual Pro. We are pleased to welcome Howden Insurance and Wady’s Electrical for their first foray onto the kit heading into 2025/26.
Bedford Blues Chief Executive Officer, Gareth Alred said: “We are very excited to release our new kits for the upcoming Champ Rugby season and are indebted to the support of so many fantastic sponsors backing our club – thank you to every one of them.
“It’s been brilliant to see all three playing departments of our Blues Family wearing the same colours over the past two seasons and really helps unite all parts of the club. We hope players, supporters and all stakeholders enjoy the new jerseys.
“At Bedford Blues, we are very proud of our history and heritage, therefore tradition certainly remains in our designs, but with a modern twist.
“We are looking forward to launching our new jerseys in two big pre-season clashes for the men, with the home shirt revealed against Northampton Saints in the Mobbs Memorial Trophy and the special alternative shirt, marking a significant milestone 25 years ago, at home against Ampthill in the Baker Brothers Bedfordshire Cup.”
