Event Logistics & Timings

To aid queueing on the night and ease congestion, please arrive as early as possible from all gates opening at Goldington Road at 6pm, and soak up another action packed, fun filled evening at the home of Bedford’s premier sporting club.

All three entrance points will again be in operation this year; in addition to the main turnstiles, the adjacent Burrow entrance opposite Bushmead Avenue and the hospital gate located off Kimbolton Road are also available.

The funfair, bars and catering units will be operational from first opening, leaving ample time to wander around and soak up the family atmosphere at this traditional town event, before the first display starts at 7pm. The children’s display is the perfect winter warmer for kids of all ages.

The main display kicks off an hour later at 8pm with another bright, loud and entertaining firework display planned as Firemagic attempt to raise the bar once again. From Catherine Wheels to Firecrackers and Rockets, Goldington Road will be ablaze with colour for the night!

Suitable for every age, enjoy a great family night out or the perfect warm-up to an evening in town, situated just a five-minute walk away.

Last admission is 8pm to ensure no one misses out, so make sure to arrive in good time. Strictly no admission thereafter.

Food and Drink

There will be a number of hot food outlets available around the ground, including on the main thoroughfare outside the club offices, along with a mobile bar, Deja Brew providing the hot drinks and a candy truck – all before you enter the funfair! Chicken George will also be open from the Burrow serving hatch.

For drinks, head to either the CMC Marquee, Scrum Bar, Rebel Bar or Chalet Bar next to the M&J Group Stand. Toilets will be available in all these areas.

Viewing

Most people choose to enjoy the displays from the back training pitch, but you can view from almost anywhere, with all areas open outside of a 50m radius of the displays. The apron seats of the stand will also be open on a first come first served basis.

Hospitality

FINAL CALL: Make the night even more special by securing the best seats in the house with VIP Hospitality available in The Dovecote Park Suite and The Burrow at the Blues.

Places in The Dovecote Park Suite cost £50 for a two-course meal in beautiful surroundings and the best view in the house of both displays from a private viewing gallery.

Seats in The Burrow at the Blues are just £35 per person including a meal from Chicken George, private bar and viewing gallery.
