It’s a critical third block of Champ Rugby with seven weeks of season defining fixtures on the horizon… and we need our #BluesFamily behind us as we aim for the post-season play-offs.
Three home games and four away trips are what lies ahead before the end of February, with some exciting themes coming up at Goldington Road.

Champ’s Biggest Rivalry Renews – Coventry (Saturday 24 January)
It’s time for our Blues Foundation Day to take centre stage as Bedford face Coventry for the 191st time… a fixture chosen as the ‘Feature Game’ on Clubber TV for Round 14 of Champ Rugby.
Blues will be hunting revenge after a narrow defeat at Butts Park Arena back in October, as two play-off contenders do battle at GR.
Stick around after the game for the charity fundraising efforts as well as coverage of Northampton Saints’ trip to Sale Sharks on all TVs or enjoy Mark Calder performing live music in the CMC Marquee.
Local Bragging Rights at Stake – Ampthill (Friday 6 February)
Nothing beats Derby Day! There’s been meetings aplenty between Bedford Blues and Ampthill over the years, but this one just a second under lights as Mike Rayer’s men look to do the double against their closest rivals.
Ampthill are in a resurgent run of form and will themselves be targeting a crack at the Top Six so get behind your team, stake your colours to the mast and settle in for another Champ Rugby cracker.

Ale Festival & Final Friday Night Lights – London Scottish (Friday 20 February)
The visit of London Scottish also plays host to our annual Ale Festival with a full Starting XV of guest beers on offer inside the CMC Marquee.
This fixture last season saw Dean Adamson break the Bedford Blues try scoring record…. What history will be made this time around?
Local vocalist and former winner of the Best London Singer award, Laura Menozzi, will be with us to start the weekend’s festivities.
