SATURDAY | Bank Holiday Bash v Chinnor
![]()
Bedford Blues host their final home fixture of the regular 2025/26 Elior Champ Rugby campaign when welcoming Chinnor to town for another battle against a play-off rival this Saturday (Gates Open 12pm; KO 3pm).
Tickets still available with the usual £5 discount in advance online by clicking here.
Big Game Preview
There’s a lot at stake for both sides this weekend as the Race to the Play-Offs reaches a crescendo in the penultimate round of fixtures.
Mike Rayer’s charges have the opportunity to confirm a second placed finish in the table, and a home semi-final, should they overcome Nick Easter’s impressive side with a bonus point win.
Bedford can ill afford to think too far ahead though, the Oxfordshire outfit proved too strong for Blues at their place in January, and have ambitions of a knockout fixture themselves following an impressive season to date.
Hospitality – SOLD OUT
All venues are at complete capacity for this fixture. If you would like to explore hospitality options for the upcoming home play-off fixture or next season, bookings are now being taken. Please click the button below to register interest.
Food and Drink
Head to GR early to avoid queues and sample all we have to offer! Why not grab a programme on arrival and visit any of our seven public bars. Checkout the ground map below for updated locations, including where to find our Bars and Hot Food kiosks, and take a wander round.
The Genesis Fan Zone remains the place to visit, located in the northeast corner, near the scoreboard, housing No.7 Coffee House, Cabin Bar, Burger Unit and Ice Cream Van. Elsewhere, try cosier surroundings of the Legends Bar or Scrum Bar.
There are three other catering units in the ground, including an outlet by the main entrance on Goldington Road, Taylor’s Kitchen at the Scrum Bar or Chicken George from The Burrow hatch.
As implemented recently, continue to help the club with its sustainability initiatives by disposing of rubbish in the correct compartments of the recycling bin banks.

Additional Entertainment
The CMC Marquee is well worth a visit post-match, with live music straight afterwards from local favourite Cameo Williams, before mixing the players as they make their entrance at 6pm to celebrate the end of the regular league season.
Elsewhere, the upstairs Legends Bar hosts the familiar Final Whistle interview with the game’s Man of the Match, while there’s the Premier League London derby of Arsenal v Fulham available on the TV screens in the Burrow.
And at half-time, show your support to the ‘Jaltek Stag Challenge’ which features grooms to be competing in a specially designed obstacle course.
Post-match, as always, we welcome you to step out onto the hallowed turf to join the players for autographs and selfies.
Blues Foundation Activation
This weekend’s Guard of Honour, sponsored by Bellway Homes, will be formed of Junior Blues U10s, Castle Newnham Primary, Bedford Greenacre and touring side Barton Under Needwood. Make sure to give them a cheer as they step out onto the pitch to form the pre-match tunnel.
Fancy supporting our charitable arm in the easiest of ways? There are several Eco Cup collection bins now dotted around GR so drop yours on departure to raise vital funds for Blues Foundation.
Please respect and support our pitchside ball team as the action gets underway, allowing for a great afternoon of fast, entertaining rugby.
Club Shop
There’s something for everyone inside the Club Shop this matchday from replica shirts to hoodies, rucksacks to beanies! Open from the usual times of two hours before kick-off, half-time and after the final whistle.
