2026/27 Women's Fixtures Announced

The full league fixture list for Bedford Blues Women has today been revealed as Eddie Rennell's side prepare for a first season at Championship Two level in 2026/27.

Following the familar league re-structuring across the women's game over the Summer, Bedford have been put into Midlands Championship Two for next season and set to meet a whole host of new opponents. 

They will compete in an expanded ten-team league alongside Sudbury Ladies, Sheffield Women, Birmingham Moseley Women, Lincoln Ladies, Sheffield Tigers Women, Old Albanians Saints II, Sutton Coldfield Ladies, Long Eaton Women and Bridgnorth Women. 

Rennell's side secured a third promotion in five seasons thanks to an unbeaten campaign, but will know they are in for a big step up in quality as they ascend into the third tier of Women's rugby. 

All Women’s home fixtures will again take place at Goldington Road. All Season Ticket holders for Bedford Blues are entitled to FREE entry at all Women’s matches.

While we anticipate all of the coming season’s fixtures to take place on Sundays, all dates are still subject to change.

In addition to the league fixture list below, additional cup fixtures are scheduled to be announced in the near future. Pre-season friendly details will be notified on social media.
