FIXTURES | Rounds 1-15 Confirmed
Dates and kick-off times for the first 15 rounds of the 2026/27 Elior Champ Rugby season can now be revealed as Bedford Blues look to back up consecutive second place finishes with another crack at the title.
Mike Rayer’s men have been given 11 Saturday fixtures, including an away Boxing Day trip to Richmond. The only slight differences to the normal are a later 5pm kick-off for the home clash against Cornish Pirates, a match that will double as the club’s annual Ladies Day, and a 12pm kick-off for the away Battle of Bedfordshire as Champ Rugby sets a new standardisation rule for set kick offs across the league to support ClubberTV’s broadcast deal.
New Year’s Day rugby at Goldington Road returns, with one Friday night lights at home against Doncaster in November, and one away to Nottingham at Lady Bay in October.
In an exciting new broadcast deal, the showcase fixture each week has been moved to a 4pm kick off on each respective Sunday. Blues have been chosen once in this first set of fixtures, the home game against Caldy on 20th December, an early Christmas party at GR.
Tickets for the seven home fixtures that are included in today’s announcement will go on sale later this week, book early to avoid disappointment!
