Posted: 19th August 2026

Bedford Blues are proud to announce an exciting new partnership with locally based restoration and refurbishment specialists, FK Restoration, ahead of the 2026/27 Elior Champ Rugby campaign.

The headline of this multi-year agreement sees the Goldington Road grandstand renamed as ‘The FK Restoration Stand’ effective immediately, ahead of Friday’s opening pre-season outing in the Baker Brothers Cup clash against Cambridge.

As part of the wider sponsorship agreement, FK Restoration have also become player sponsors of Blues second row, Ilan Evans.

FK Restoration branding will be pertained within the stand structure itself across the entirety of the internal back wall, as well as externally on the outside facing Goldington Road.

Commenting on the latest sponsorship announcement, Commercial Manager, Ben Howe said: “We are delighted to welcome FK Restoration into the Blues Family and thank them for their support as we begin this initial three-year partnership, including title sponsorship of the stand here at Goldington Road.

“Andrew and his team have been fantastic to deal with since first introductions, and we are excited to see how this relationship could grow in the coming seasons. We look forward to welcoming the wider FK Restoration staff to games throughout the season, starting this Friday as Matchball Sponsors.”

Established over 30 years-ago, Bedford based FK Restoration are part of the wider FK Group, and cover a variety of disciplines across commercial, automotive, hospitality and retail sectors.

FK Restoration Director, Andrew Stewart-Jones added: “As a local boy, born-and-bred, I am delighted and immensely proud to support Bedford Blues.

“With two boys at Bedford School and most weekends spent on the touchline watching them play for our local club; rugby is a hugely rewarding part of our lives. With their fiercely-loyal local following and ambitious ethos, it’s brilliant to be a meaningful part of the Blues community.”
