Big Game Preview
Mike Rayer’s men will be looking to maintain recent form following back-to-back bonus point victories over Cornish Pirates and Nottingham earlier this month.
Mark Cornwell’s Hartpury side have endured a tough start to the season, with a tricky early schedule, but having tasted success in Bedford back in 2022, they’ll be hungry for a repeat and are more than capable.
Final Call – Hospitality
GET IN QUICK! Still time to upgrade your matchday experience in either the CMC Marquee for a three-course pre game luncheon, or The Burrow at the Blues for a more casual one-course Chicken George experience.
You Asked, We Answered!
Following some recent supporter feedback, you will notice a few changes around GR for this fixture onwards.
A new larger bar facility has replaced the Chalet Bar outside the Burrow, thanks to club partners Estrella Damm, servicing those in the FK Restoration Stand at a much faster rate.
Elsewhere, some rest seating has been installed near the TV gantry and next to the changing rooms for any supporters needing to take a rest break whilst at the ground.
Food and Drink
In addition to the new Estrella Bar, there are a further five places for you to grab a drink inside the ground including the upstairs Legends Bar for warm, cosy indoor surroundings.
To get closer to the action, try the Scrum Bar, Former Players or Genesis Fan Zone Bar that are all in view of the warm ups, or the CMC Marquee which is also open to the public.
There are the familiar four hot food eateries, each dotted in a different corner of the ground. There’s Chicken George serving from the Burrow hatch, Taylor’s Kitchen from the Scrum Bar hatch as well as burger units next to the main gate and in the Fan Zone, next to No.7 Coffee.

Additional Entertainment
The CMC Marquee is again the place to spend your Saturday evening with live music from highly acclaimed local artist, Cameo Williams, while there’s the Final Whistle Man of the Match interview in the Legends Bar.
More rugby on the TVs around the ground this week: Coventry v Ampthill (1pm), Bedford Blues v Hartpury (3pm), Northampton Saints v Gloucester (5:30pm).
And make sure to show your support at half-time with entertainment out on the hallowed turf, hosted by matchday MC, Sam Roberts.
Blues Foundation Activation
Show your appreciation to our Bellway Homes Guard of Honour and flag display as they step out onto the field just before kick-off. This week formed of Biggleswade U7s, Bedford Junior Blues U7s and Bedford Modern School students.
Please respect and support our pitchside ball team as the action gets underway, allowing for a great afternoon of fast, entertaining rugby.
Club Shop – Wear Your Threads
Dry but cold conditions expected on matchday so pop to the Club Shop for all your winter warmers and the full Gilbert range. Open from two hours before KO, half-time and post-game.
