James Fish

• Position: Hooker

Player Profile

Following a loan spell at Goldington Road, James Fish made his move permanent ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.

Fish spent the formative part of his career with Northampton Saints having come through the Academy set-up at Franklin’s Gardens before signing a first pro deal leading into the 2019/20 campaign.

Making 77 appearances along the way, scoring 10 tries, he also spent time with Championship duo Ampthill and Cornish Pirates during those early years and has brought a real wealth of experience to Mike Rayer’s side since arrival.

He made his 50th Blues appearance in October 2024.
